This flocked tree is one of my favorite Christmas finds and still looks as great as it did when we bought it 3 years ago! I seriously can’t recommend this Christmas tree enough, especially for the price (under $200)! I used a beautiful ivory and gold wired ribbon, as well some gold eucalyptus picks (similar here) and glittery leaf picks (similar here) to give the tree a new look. I also added some old gold feather picks and gold mesh ribbon for even more texture and dimension. I only purchased a few ornaments from Nordstrom and Walmart this year, the rest are old. My favorite faux fur tree skirt (similar here) and white and gold gift boxes complete the tree.
I like to keep the fireplace mantel decor simple so it doesn’t compete with the Christmas tree. I used some old flocked garlands (similar here) and new “real feel” garlands (similar here) to give the mantel a fresh look. I’m loving the simplicity of these gold candlesticks next to the mirror, only $13! I added an old jeweled garland (similar here) for a touch of glam. I thought adding a wreath to the mirror was a great idea, until the command strip gave out in the middle of the night and the wreath came crashing down, almost ruining the white chair! 😱🤦♀️
